Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping – no duties, no surprises
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum order value. All customs duties, import taxes and related fees are already covered. There are no additional charges upon delivery: the price you see is the price you pay.
How it works
All BagBehaviour products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. Your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, which reduces waste and ensures quality.
Production time
Each order is produced individually before shipping. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and the fulfillment partner. Some products take longer. The exact production time is shown in the description of each product.
Estimated delivery times (after production)
- Germany & EU: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 8–15 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Delivery times are estimates.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Multiple shipments
If you order several items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Returns
You can return an item within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us first. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and returns are sent to Germany. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
